Foxton Centre (www.thefoxtoncentre.co.uk)

The Foxton Centre is a Preston cased charity with a long history and strong commitment to working in the local community with both adults and young people. This year, The Foxton Centre celebrates 50 years. That’s 50 years of helping to give the homeless in Preston a bed. 50 years of standing up for the people in our city whose voices are rarely heard – the vulnerable, the deprived, the sex workers, the people battling addiction and the people living in poverty. Genesis IT are taking part in the Big PNE Sleep Out to raise funds for the Foxton Centre.

Wrap Up Lancashire

For the 2nd year running Rotarians in Lancashire are collecting your old, unwanted coats and giving them to charities that support the homeless, refugees, children living in poverty and people fleeing domestic violence (to name a few). Any size, style, colour of men’s, women’s and children’s coats will be greatly appreciated. All donations will then be sorted and delivered to the nominated charity partners, for distribution to those in need just in time for winter. Help to keep vulnerable people warm this winter by donating a coat this Winter!

We have a collection box for any unwanted coats at the Genesis IT offices and if you are able to put a box in your office, please let me know and I can arrange for a box to be dropped off!
